The Condors won Gold at the Champions of Tomorrow Tournament at the Champions Field House in Rockville, Maryland on May 2, 2009.

Condors Finish Third In Silver Bracket; 17th Overall at NEQ’s

The CVC Condors participated in the 2009 ASICS Northeast Qualifier April 10-12 at the Baltimore Convention Center. After three days of quality volleyball, the Condors finished third in the Silver Bracket and 17th overall in the field of 55.

Condors Finish Strong at Mideast Qualifier

The CVC Condors traveled to Columbus, OH to participate in the Mideast qualifier the weekend of March 27-29, 2009. The Condors began the tournament slowly dropping three matches on the opening day of the tournament. The girls settled down and rallied in the second and third day of the tournament. The team's play improved as the tournament went along.

Condors Reach Semi-Finals of Wild Blue 13/14 Invitational

On March 15, 2009, the CVC Condors traveled to Baltimore, Maryland to participate in the Wild Blue 13/14 Invitational. The Condors reached the semi-finals of the tournament before falling to the Brandywine Bam 25-18 and 25-13.

Condors Reach Semi-Finals of Groundhog Invitational

The CVC Condors traveled to Vienna, VA to participate in the NVVA 14 Groundhog Invitational On February 1, 2009. The Condors’ title run came up short with a 14-25, 25-16, 2-15 loss to NVVA Loudoun Gold in the semi-finals. CVC rallied in game two to even the play-off match at one a piece behind the serving of Allie Cable (2 aces) and Lexi White-Tourruellas (2 aces) before falling in the third and deciding game.

Condors Take Silver Medal at NVVA/Molton Invitational

Condors took 2nd place at the NVVA Molten 14's Tournament on January 25, 2009.

The Columbia Condors finished second in NVVA/Molton 14’s Invitational on January 25, 2009. The Condors played strong volleyball compiling a 9-0 record in pool play and sweeping their play-off versus NVVA Fairfax Spartans before falling in the finals to NVVA Select in three sets (27-25, 13-25, 6-15).
