The Columbia Volleyball Club presents all-inclusive fees that provide the necessary funds for each team to compete for the entire season. CVC is a parent-run, non-profit sports organization, and so all fees go toward team expenses. Included in the Club fees are approximately nine tournament entry fees, practice court costs (over 80 hours), coach's fees, equipment, banquet costs, one or two overnight travel trips (14U and older), and the Penn State tournament in May (all teams participate except 18U Comets).
Fundraising is not mandatory at CVC; however, the Club sponsors several optional fundraisers designed to help individual families defray club payments. Any unused team funds are refunded equally to the eligible team members after the completion of the season. Club fees do not cover the cost of uniform purchases or any additional Club merchandise.
CVC’s fees are broken down into monthly payments as outlined below. In order to avoid being charged a $20 late fee, all fees must be received no later than the dates listed below.
