Club fees provide the necessary funds for each team to compete for the entire season. CVC is a non-profit club, so all fees go towards expenses. Included in the Club fees are approximately nine tournament entry fees, practice court costs (over 80 hours), coach's fees, equipment, banquet costs, one overnight-trip trip (14's and older), and the Penn State tournament in May for all teams (three nights). Fundraising is not mandatory at CVC; however, the Club sponsors several optional fundraisers designed to help individual families defray club payments. Any unused team funds are refunded equally to the eligible team members after the completion of the season.
Travel fees are calculated separately from regular Club fees once particular reservations and transportation costs have been determined. Club fees do not cover the cost of uniform purchases or any additional Club merchandise.
The club fees are broken down into monthly payments as outlined below. In order to avoid being charged a $20 late fee, all fees must be received no later than the dates listed below.
