CVC Handbook

The Columbia Volleyball Player/Parent Handbook and Policy Manual provides players, parents, coaches, board members and volunteers with a reference to the policies and procedures that govern Columbia Volleyball Club, Inc (CVC).  Please read this handbook and familiarize yourself with its information. Knowledge of the basic policies and procedures is very important and will help your experiences with Columbia Volleyball Club be more enjoyable.

CVC Player Profile Sheet

All players 15U - 18U will have a player profile page on the CVC website. If your player is new to the club, you must provide all of the information on the form. If your player already has a page from a previous season, please provide us with only the information that has changed. Download the form document below, fill it out and e-mail it to: communications@columbiavolleyballclub.org
